We would like inform you of upcoming Honda Australia System Upgrades that will impact our ability to supply genuine Honda parts to you.

Effective from this coming Monday 25th June and concluding Monday the 9th of July Honda Australia will be closed for the implementation of a new company wide computer system. During this period we are unable source parts from the Honda Australia Warehouse in Melbourne.

If you currently have any parts on Backorder from Japan; if they are not supplied and dispatched from the Melbourne warehouse before June the 25th, they will unfortunately not be released until business recommences on July the 9th.   

As with all new computer systems, whilst Honda Australia are confident that they have planned for any problems, we can never be 100% sure that there won’t be any unforeseen issues that arise and further impact our delivery times. As all dealers throughout Australia will also be closed for orders over the two weeks, we are anticipating a major backlog in the first week of operations.

The Honda Shop Midland will be operating as normal during the shutdown period and will be supplying parts that we currently hold in stock.

Currently, Honda Australia uses two different computer systems that are both in excess of 20 years old. The Honda Australia System Upgrades will bring many new features and benefits to the Dealer Network and we anticipate that flowing through to our valued customers.

If you require any fast moving stock please be sure to place your order no later than this Friday Morning 10.00 am Perth time to ensure delivery next week.
