Spare Parts Manager (Full Time Position)

The busy Parts department of this long standing dealership is looking for a Parts Manager. The challenging and busy role involves a mix of customer service, inter-department liaison and some administration. This is a front line customer service role for our business.
Honda is a world renowned brand and we sell 4 major product groups including Motorcycles, Power Equipment, Marine and PWC in W.A’s Largest Honda Dealership.
To be successful in this role you must:
Have previous parts experience.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Have professional personal presentation
Be committed to customer satisfaction
Possess retail sales experience
Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
Hold a current valid WA drivers license
Have solid computer skills.
Be able to work in a team environment
Have a friendly attitude
Be confident in dealing with all customer types
Have excellent attention to detail
Be proactive in motivating & creating a positive parts team environment.
This role is a full time permanent position and is based in Midland, Western Australia.
Duties Include:
Taking orders over the counter or by Phone, Fax and Email.
Be responsible for other team members duties to ensure quality customer satisfaction.
Control of spare parts stock to ensure that stock quantities are adequate to support sales and service requirements.
Be responsible for any credit returns.
Input information to computer system.
Inventory and stock take of all parts
Identifying and establishing new parts customers and ensuring existing customers are satisfied with the level of service they are receiving.
The overall running of the parts department and the staff that work within it.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm
Saturdays 8.00am – 1.00pm.
You will receive one Saturday morning off per month
Salary : approx $50k + Super + Bonus scheme

Service Advisor (Full Time Position)

Have prior experience as a Service Advisor
Demonstrate excellent communication skills

Meet and Greet customers. Follow through all repairs to ensure quality customer satisfaction.
Discuss technical needs with customers and translate symptoms to Repair Orders that can be clearly understood by technical staff.
Discuss warranty policies to customers when appropriate; advise customer of applicable charges; establish method of payment and ascertain preferred pick-up time
Input Repair Order information to computer system.
Release vehicle to the customer and collect payment as arranged.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Saturdays 8.00am – 12.00pm.
You will receive one Saturday morning off per month
Salary : approx $50k + Super + Bonus scheme
